6 weeks ago I was told my car would be looked at the day I towed it in 2 weeks went by and no calls or anything I drove up there and found the car was sitting for 2 weeks. Went up a second time It was moved finally. Went a third time and said they were waiting on a part this was the beginning of the week ending up having to buy a junker so I had a car to drive and get to work and still no call and they aren’t open on the weekends and here I am still no car or a call of the status, yes it’s a warranty job but that shouldn’t mean my car should be looked at any less then a paying customer when or if I get my car back I would Never recommend taking your car there less you have another and don’t need it back within a month 0 stars all the way!! It shouldn’t take a month in a half to fix a part on it let alone the one who told me about this place was made a lier cause I was told it would be fast and done right but again still haven’t gotten my car back!!!! UPDATE!!! Drove by the shop to check on my car after I went in Monday drive back today my car is still on the lift drive shaft still hanging there like they haven’t even touched it!! PLEASE PLEASE never trust your car in their care,

If I could give 0 stars I would took truck to have transmission rebuilt to them they had our truck for over 6 months said it was fixed brought it home no overdrive took it back to them and once again said it was fixed had the truck home for a month and it's broke down again transmission went out again take off pan and it's full of metal shavings. Not happy whatsoever and want this made right not fair to be out over a thousand dollars and have a broken down truck again. This truck is our way of living and can't work without it.

Top notch... If you want it done right the first time with long lasting results.. the quality of the work shows highly recommended to bring your transmission troubles and have them solved

They will fix any transmission and make it better then it was with upgraded parts would recommend them over anyone not cheap to get your transmission fixed I do know that

30 years ago they were great. Took my truck to them, they had it for a month. I pick it up, transmission went out the same day. Took it back and it still wasn't right. They tried to tell me it was a wiring issue. I used to be a master tech for a big dealership, and know better. Had to take my truck to another shop and paid a second time to get the transmission replaced. Would not recommend Hard Drive anymore, think they need to just close up and call it quits.
